From December 25 to January 5, the EZ Solutions team set up a New Year’s Santa’s House at Tashkent City Mall on behalf of Coca-Cola Uzbekistan.
Our task was to create a fully-fledged fairy-tale zone inside the shopping center—a space that would serve as both a visual draw and a point of brand engagement.
We designed and implemented the cabin’s decor, organized Santa’s meet-and-greet, photo sessions, gift distribution, visitor flow management, and on-site service quality control. Special attention was paid to aesthetics, decorative details, and traffic management inside the mall.
We achieved the following key objectives for the client: — creating a strong New Year’s “wow” effect in the commercial space; — increasing the length of time guests spent at the location; — fostering positive brand associations through direct interaction; — ensuring flawless operational execution during peak periods.
The project became more than just decoration; it was a managed brand activation with measurable engagement and a lasting visual presence.
