Guests were greeted by representatives from the tourism authority and treated to national dishes and sweets.<br /><br />The program was complemented by live performances by dancers, singers, and musicians, which created a truly festive atmosphere and immersed visitors in the country’s culture.</div>]]></turbo:content>

      <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>Gorilla</h1></header><h2  class="t-redactor__h2">Team building Gorilla</h2><div class="t-redactor__text">Client: Gorilla<br />November 8–9, Tashkent – Chimgan<br />Number of guests: 35<br /><br />Objective<br />To create an off-site team-building event for the Gorilla team that would serve as a complete fresh start: relaxation, a change of pace, and strengthening of team bonds.<br /><br />Idea<br />Design the program as a journey where not only the content but also the journey itself is important. Begin the experience even before arriving in the country, starting the moment the group crosses the border, gradually immersing the guests in an atmosphere of trust, energy, and teamwork.<br /><br />Implementation<br />The EZ Solutions team met the participants right at the border between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, taking full responsibility for the itinerary and support.<br /><br />The program was structured to build up gradually:<br /><br />- Day 1: A gentle acclimatization and a walk through Tashkent, getting to know the city and each other outside of work roles;<br /><br />- Day 2: A trip to the Chimgan Mountains featuring team challenges and an adventurous drive;<br /><br />- Day 3: The final itinerary, combining the mountains and the city to solidify the experience.<br /><br />All logistical, organizational, and communication processes were structured to ensure the guests felt safe and comfortable.<br /><br />Result<br />The team-building event became not just a series of activities, but a cohesive experience: participants left feeling refreshed, emotionally rejuvenated, and more united. Care, attention to detail, and a well-structured itinerary create a stronger impact than any formal team-building exercises.</div>]]></turbo:content>

Guests were immersed in the narrative through activities and interaction with the venue. The highlight was the test drive, which proved that even standard city streets can be transformed into a track for an impressive driving experience.<br /><br />Result<br />The event combined a visual “wow” factor, engineering precision, and an emotional experience, becoming a striking example of an immersive automotive promotion.</div>]]></turbo:content>

Special attention was paid to aesthetics, decorative details, and traffic management inside the mall.<br /><br />We achieved the following key objectives for the client:<br />— creating a strong New Year’s “wow” effect in the commercial space;<br />— increasing the length of time guests spent at the location;<br />— fostering positive brand associations through direct interaction;<br />— ensuring flawless operational execution during peak periods.<br /><br />The project became more than just decoration; it was a managed brand activation with measurable engagement and a lasting visual presence.</div>]]></turbo:content>

At the same time, the event had to retain the solemnity of a formal presentation.<br /><br />What we did:<br />We developed a unified concept for the evening, based on the idea of a ‘stellar trajectory’ – a visual metaphor for KIA’s dynamism, status and technological prowess.<br /><br />Venue:<br />a stage featuring cars, a welcome area, a photo zone and interactive activities. The colour palette – deep blue with silver accents – emphasised the brand’s character.<br /><br />Each section was designed to hold the guests’ attention and enhance the impact of the models’ entrance.<br /><br />We ensured full coordination of contractors: technical support, catering, performers, set-up and oversight of all on-site processes.<br /><br />Result:<br />The event took place in an atmosphere of exclusivity, aesthetic appeal and precise direction.<br />The brand was presented with confidence and prestige, whilst the space functioned as a single, well-thought-out system.</div>]]></turbo:content>

It was important to create a positive brand presence during moments of entertainment—where the audience is most engaged.<br /><br />Idea:<br />To give moviegoers a celebration of cinema and excitement, and to provide the brand with a dynamic interaction with its audience through vibrant offline activations.<br /><br />Execution:<br />The campaign took place simultaneously at four movie theaters in Tashkent and turned a regular trip to the movies into a real celebration. Every guest who met the campaign requirements received a ticket to the premiere of *Fantastic Four*, along with popcorn and a drink.</div>]]></turbo:content>
